Frequently Asked Questions
Our wait time changes based on the insurance type, process of the pre authorisation, and more. Our shortest wait time will be around 30 days and our longest will be about two to three months.
The intake process includes basic information being gathered by our administration team . With this information, a client portal is created for the client and their guardian which would include documents being sent out regarding policies, program information, and more. Following information being gathered and benefit verification, a consultation will be scheduled , parent interview, and observation of the client.
Once administration retrieves insurance information from you, our billing team will verify with your insurance for EIDBI benefit coverage to ensure that your services are covered in the program.
Our organisational structure consist of Direct Staff Providers, Team Leads, and Supervisors who all have been trained and credentialed to render services within the program.
JtC AUSM providers in home and community based services from 7 am to 7 pm Monday through Friday. Additional hours and days needed for specific clients can be acquired.
